When you purchase banana plants from us (including but not limited to Musa cultivars such as Blue Java, Truly Tiny, Red Dacca, Florida Variegated, and similar varieties), you acknowledge the following terms and conditions as part of your purchase:
- Nature of Live Plant Shipping: Banana plants are living, tropical perennial plants. During transit, leaf injury, bending, tearing, or partial leaf loss is common and typically does not reflect poor health; it is an inherent risk of transporting foliage-bearing plants. Some roots may also experience temporary die-back due to shipping stress. This is normal and expected given the biology of bananas and seasonal shipping conditions. The plants are shipped bare-root or in tissue culture packets unless otherwise specified.
- Post-Arrival Growth Response: While leaves may arrive damaged or partially desiccated, healthy banana plants generally respond by producing new emerging leaves once acclimated to appropriate conditions (light, moisture, and temperature). Damaged leaves can often be trimmed and the plant will focus energy on vigorous new growth.
- Use of Banana Leaves: Any intact or partially intact leaves received can be used for garden staging, shade protection for tender plants, temporary mulch, or other practical horticultural applications at the buyer’s discretion.
- Shipping Liability and Claims: You agree that once the shipment leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, the risk of shipping damages transitions to the buyer. You must report any issues related to delivery (including severely damaged packages) within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos for carrier claims assistance. We will assist as much as possible with claim facilitation.
- Acclimation Assistance: Our team will support you with basic acclimation guidance if needed. You are responsible for post-arrival plant care, and the establishment success is influenced by your local environment and handling.
- Packaging Realities: The appearance of leaf movement within the package, cosmetic leaf imperfections, and shifted media/tissue culture packets are normal and do not affect the underlying health of the plant material.
- Finality of Terms: By completing your purchase, you agree to these conditions and understand the inherent risks of receiving live banana plants via shipping. Once the tracking number is created and the package departs our facility, these terms are binding.

Note: IMPORTANT: I am not responsible for buyer germination success, seeds have been tested.
1. Any and all claims made through USPS must be made by the buyer, our company will assist you with any claim as much as we are able. The final responsibility relies with the buyer.
2. We are not responsible for any error on the carriers fault- crushed package, lost package, delayed package or any other case that might arise. Once the package leaves our facility the liability is on the buyer.
3. Any problem you have with the package needs to be reported to me within 24 hours of the delivered time stamp from USPS.
4. When purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and you understand the inherent risk of having living plants shipped to you in the mail. Leaves do get damaged, some roots will have die off, this is all normal when shipping plants. Our company will be here to assist you in any if you need help acclimating your new plant.
5. Plant might be a little smaller/bigger, more or less full, longer or shorter but we do our best to make it similar to the listing photos.
6. These terms are final as soon as the package has been shipped through USPS and the tracking number has been created and scanned into the system.
