About Me
Hey Cousin, I’m Erica.
I’m the founder of Plant & Heal Co. and Gardening Under Influence. I’m a Black agripreneur, grower, and educator who believes food security gets stronger when more people can grow, share, and understand what feeds them.
My work brings seeds, plants, practical garden education, and community storytelling together. I care about making room for beginners and experienced growers alike—and about honoring the people, histories, and everyday knowledge that shape how we grow.
Plant & Heal is part of a bigger vision: a farm and nursery, useful learning for home growers, and stronger connections between the people growing food and the people who need it. We’re building it one season, one lesson, and one seed at a time.
