The standard commission policy took effect October 15, 2026. The Q4 Affiliate Challenge runs October 25–December 31, 2026, Eastern Time. By applying to or participating in the Plant and Heal Co. Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Plant and Heal Co. may approve or decline an application based on program fit, audience, content, location, legal requirements, or program capacity. Approval is not guaranteed.

1A. Required affiliate communications

Active affiliates must maintain a working email address and remain enrolled in Plant and Heal Co.’s affiliate-program mailing list so we can provide commission updates, policy changes, payout instructions, and program opportunities. If an affiliate unsubscribes from that mailing list, Plant and Heal Co. may end their affiliate participation without sending an additional promotional or suspension email. This is a condition of future participation, not a requirement to receive unrelated marketing.

We will honor email opt-out requests and will not resubscribe anyone without consent. Ending participation stops eligibility for new referrals and program incentives once the affiliate account is deactivated. It does not erase legitimate commissions already earned, prior payout records, or applicable payment and tax obligations. An email opt-out does not by itself authorize forfeiture of earned commissions.

2. Honest promotion and required disclosure

Affiliates must make truthful, accurate statements based on real experience or reliable product information. Every post, video, email, page, or other endorsement must clearly explain the paid relationship where people can easily see it. A simple disclosure may say, “I earn a commission if you buy through my link,” “Paid affiliate link,” or “#ad.” A profile bio or hidden disclosure is not enough by itself.

Do not promise medical cures, guaranteed harvests, guaranteed germination, or unsupported results. Do not make false claims about product origin, plant size, shipping, availability, or your relationship with the company.

3. Commissions and tracking

Beginning October 15, 2026, the standard commission for every affiliate is 15% of eligible product revenue on the referred customer’s first qualifying order, whether the affiliate previously earned 20% or another rate. Orders placed before October 15 retain the commission terms applicable when placed; the new rate is not retroactive. App settings and any product-specific overrides must be aligned to this published policy.

The current tracking window, payout method, and any payout minimum are shown in the affiliate dashboard or current written offer. A qualifying sale is a paid, fulfilled product sale properly tracked to the affiliate after discounts. Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, cancelled orders, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and self-referrals do not count unless Plant and Heal Co. states otherwise in writing.

Tracking depends on the customer using the approved link or code and on the available browser, cookie, and app data. Plant and Heal Co. cannot guarantee credit when tracking is blocked, removed, overwritten by another referral, or not used at checkout.

4. Payouts

For orders placed on or after October 25, 2026, qualifying commissions complete a 14-day review period from the order date. Once the order is paid, shipped, delivered, properly tracked, and verified as qualifying, approved commissions that have completed that period are included in the next scheduled biweekly payout. The review period does not promise payment exactly 14 days after ordering. Preorder commissions remain pending until shipment and confirmed delivery.

Affiliates must keep accurate payout and tax information on file. Each affiliate is responsible for their own taxes. Plant and Heal Co. may request tax forms or issue tax documents when required by law.

If an order is refunded, returned, charged back, found to be fraudulent, or later becomes ineligible after a payout, the related commission may be adjusted under applicable terms. Historical excess commissions already paid because of the erroneous 50% setting will not be reclaimed or deducted from future earnings.

5. Allowed and prohibited promotion

You may use approved links, codes, product facts, and brand materials to create original content. You may not use spam, misleading ads, cookie stuffing, fake orders, self-referrals, unauthorized coupon or deal sites, trademark bidding, false scarcity, impersonation, or content that violates law or platform rules. You may not present yourself as an employee, agent, official spokesperson, or legal representative of Plant and Heal Co.

6. Brand and content rights

Plant and Heal Co. gives approved affiliates a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to use approved names, links, logos, and product images only to promote the program. Do not alter logos in a misleading way or register domains, accounts, or business names that copy the Plant and Heal name. Your original content remains yours. If you give Plant and Heal Co. written permission to repost it, that permission applies only as agreed.

7. Independent relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, franchisees, or agents. Affiliates choose how and when to create content and are responsible for their own equipment, costs, insurance, permits, and taxes. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment or business partnership.

8. Honest reviews and community protection

Affiliates may share honest opinions, including criticism, and may report legal, safety, or regulatory concerns in good faith. Plant and Heal Co. will not penalize an affiliate merely for a lawful, honest negative review.

That protection does not cover fabricated or materially false statements presented as fact; fake or coordinated reviews; manipulated evidence; impersonation; knowingly repeating a claim after reliable records show it is false; threats; doxxing; targeted harassment; discriminatory attacks; or encouraging others to interfere with customers, orders, accounts, staff, or business operations. These actions may result in suspension or removal from the affiliate program and may be reported to the appropriate platform or authority.

If Plant and Heal Co. disputes a factual claim, the Company may send a written notice identifying the exact statement, the records that conflict with it, and the correction or clarification requested. The affiliate should provide supporting records, correct the factual error, or clearly label unverified information within five business days. This process does not restrict a good-faith report to law enforcement, a regulator, an attorney, or a court.

Plant and Heal Co. may pause a payout connected to suspected fraud or a material program violation while it reviews the records. Properly earned commissions unrelated to the violation remain payable.

9. Ending participation

Either side may end participation at any time. Plant and Heal Co. may suspend or remove an affiliate for fraud, misleading claims, non-disclosure, harassment, unlawful conduct, misuse of the brand, or another material breach. Properly earned and approved commissions remain payable, except amounts connected to fraud, reversals, chargebacks, or a material breach affecting the sale.

10. Changes, availability, and contact

Plant and Heal Co. may prospectively change the program, rates, products, bonuses, or these terms, with reasonable notice. Material changes will be posted here, shown in the dashboard, or sent to active affiliates when practical. Existing earned commissions and rewards already qualified for will be honored under the terms in effect when earned.
