Affiliate Agreement This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Plant and Heal Co. ("Company") and the Affiliate ("Affiliate").

1. Acceptance of Terms By signing up for the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products in a positive manner and will not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation of Plant and Heal Co. This includes, but is not limited to, bashing or making negative comments about the Company or its products. In the event of any grievances or issues, the Affiliate agrees to contact the Company directly via chat or through the provided email addresses before taking any public action.

3. Payment Terms Payments to the Affiliate will be processed automatically based on sales generated through their unique affiliate link. Notifications of payments will be sent to the Affiliate up to 2 days after the order is fulfilled. The Affiliate is responsible for keeping track of their earnings and payment notifications.

4. Termination of Agreement The Company reserves the right to remove any Affiliate from the program at its discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment By participating in the affiliate program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
