Zones: 4–11 (annual in cold areas, perennial in 9–11)
Sun: Full sun
Soil: Rich, loamy, well-draining

Planting Instructions:

– Start onion, celery, and peppers indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost
– Sow okra, kale, collards, and basil directly after soil warms
– Space plants 12–18” apart depending on variety
– Water deeply but allow soil to dry slightly between waterings
– Mulch well to retain moisture and suppress weeds
