Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following:
How to Request a Cancellation?
Contact us via our form with your order number and reason for cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email, there is no cancellation option on our website.
Conditions:
Before Order Processing Has Begun
If your order has not yet been packed or processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Order Processing Has Begun
If your order processing has started, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will be 10% of your order total or $6 processing fee, whichever is higher. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund, Replacement & Return Policy below if there is an issue with your order upon delivery.
Refund, Replacement & Return Policy
Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept general returns on live plants, trees, or seeds. However, we are committed to making things right when issues arise on our end.
All issues must be reported via our form within 24 hours of your delivery timestamp.
Issues reported after 24 hours can only be resolved with store credit, at our discretion.
Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged due to packing or shipping, contact us with photo proof and your order number. We will send a replacement, or Issue a refund as store credit
Missing Product
If an item is missing from your order, we will issue a refund as store credit or ship a replacement.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we will reship the correct item or issue double store credit.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Plant damage caused by improper care, extreme weather, animals, or planting in the wrong USDA growing zone or time of the year
- Germination failure: we test all seeds, but germination success depends on growing conditions outside our control
- Sale items or gift cards
Exceptions
We are a small, community-rooted business and we care deeply about every customer. Exceptions to the above policies may be made at our discretion in cases where we can confirm carrier delays, shipping damage, or other circumstances beyond the customer's control. We will always aim to do right by our community.
