Food security for all. It starts with one seed.
Plant & Heal Co. is a seed and plant business built to help more people grow food and useful plants where they are. A backyard is welcome. So is a raised bed, a porch, or a few containers in the sun.
We bring together seeds, plants, growing knowledge, and community-centered education. We care about flavor, culture, practical growing, and helping people build skills they can use in real life.
What we believe
- Growing food should feel possible, not reserved for people with acres.
- Plant knowledge belongs in the hands of the people who use it.
- Our food stories, seed stories, and community stories deserve to be remembered and shared.
What we’re growing toward
We’re building a stronger home for seeds, plants, learning, and the people who want to grow more of their own food. We’ll keep expanding our resources and community partnerships as the work grows.

- Grow Right Now / Ms. Erica’s Garden Classroom — youth-centered garden learning that makes room for curiosity and hands-on skills.
