TERMS OF SALE & COMPLIANCE POLICY (READ BEFORE PURCHASE)
By purchasing from Plant and Heal Co., you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure full compliance with U.S. law, clear communication, and mutual protection.
1) SHIPPING SCOPE (U.S. ONLY)
Plant and Heal Co. ships only to verified addresses within the United States. All sales are processed domestically. Once the carrier marks an order “Delivered” to the U.S. address provided at checkout, our legal responsibility is complete. Any forwarding, re-shipment, or third-party export beyond the original delivery address is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
2) COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
All orders, inquiries, and support occur exclusively through PlantAndHeal.com. For privacy, documentation, and compliance, we do not conduct business via WhatsApp, Messenger, DMs, or similar. Off-platform messages are not part of any transaction or contract.
3) CARRIER LIABILITY & CLAIMS
Orders ship via USPS or another U.S. carrier. When a package is accepted by the carrier and scanned into their system, liability transfers to the buyer. Claims for loss, delay, or damage must be filed by the buyer directly with the carrier. We will assist as reasonably possible; ultimate responsibility remains with the buyer.
4) REPORTING WINDOW
Any delivery issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier’s official delivery timestamp. Reports outside this window may not be eligible for review or assistance.
5) LIVE & PERISHABLE ITEMS
Purchasing live plants or perishable goods acknowledges normal transit risk. Minor leaf/root/cosmetic stress can occur and is not a defect. We provide acclimation guidance upon request but are not liable for shipping/weather impacts or post-delivery care.
6) PRODUCT VARIATION
Size, fullness, and maturity may vary slightly from listing photos. We ship healthy, quality stock consistent with the description.
7) GERMINATION DISCLAIMER
Seeds are tested for quality and viability; results vary by grower conditions (soil, temperature, moisture, light, handling). Plant and Heal Co. is not responsible for individual germination outcomes.
8) ORDER FINALIZATION
Terms become final once a tracking number is created and scanned by the carrier. Completing checkout constitutes full acceptance of these terms. The purchaser of record is the individual who completes checkout and provides the shipping address.
9) CLARIFICATION NOTICE
Any prior automated assistant message referencing export procedures does not apply. This statement is the controlling, current policy. Plant and Heal Co. is a U.S.-based domestic seller.
10) LEGAL COMPLIANCE
We operate in full compliance with applicable U.S. law, including standards of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). All sales and communications are documented for audit, transparency, and accountability.
